Why You Need to Read The Morning Miracle

You know that feeling when a book you read makes such an impact on your outlook that you just want to let others have the same experience? That's how Elizabeth Pyle, President and Founder of  College Success Plan felt recently after reading The Morning Miracle by Hal Elrod

We asked Elizabeth what were a couple of her favorite takeaways from the book, and here is what she shared.

What is your favorite strategy from The Miracle Morning?

I do all 6 Savers and look forward to it.  I never thought of reading right when I get up but it is relaxing. I also like getting my heartbeat going for 2 minutes first thing. The structure of how The Miracle Morning is set up is realistic and convenient. Sometimes it takes 8 minutes and sometimes an hour. I adapt with how much time I have allotted that day.

What is one change you’ve made after reading The Miracle Morning, and how has this change made a difference in how you feel?

The Miracle Morning has made me excited to get up with a smile and gives me a sense of excitement. It makes me feel empowered like I can make this a great day. I consider myself a grateful person and Hal, the author, talks a lot about that. I appreciate the reminder that I am in control of my feelings and how I react to situations.  I also like the structure of the morning and that I can adapt it based on how I much time I have each day. I feel more energetic and I like having a plan.

College students especially can benefit from having a routine that helps them start each day out strong. Even incorporating just a few of the strategies from The Morning Miracle can have a positive effect on mood, energy and productivity. We hope you give it a try!!
