According to researcher, Baumeister, “High self-esteem leads to better persistence in the face of failure than low self-esteem, as shown in many studies. Happiness is correlated with high self-esteem.”
One example is Sarah who joined College Success Plan 14 months ago. She was doing quite poorly in all of her classes and barely passing.
